Web site, please gather and provide the following items:
Lesson Plan of the Activity
Worksheets and/or Handouts that are used in completion of the Activity
Additional References or Instructions that are provided to the students
Model or "key" (optional)
Rubrics or similar criteria
1-2 completed samples, preferably student produced
Exhibit
D forms for all student work, names, and/or pictures that are submitted
