Tyler Harlingen, TX 78550 Phone: (956) 427-3412 Fax: (956) 427-3564 Our Mission :  The Grant office is committed to delivering strategic, comprehensive and high quality program services to promote the continued support of our parents, teachers and community to prepare our students for the challenges of the 21st Century.    Our primary responsibilities are to research grant opportunities that are aligned with HCISD’s vision, prepare and submit grant applications and to supervise, monitor and evaluate the implementation and progress of district wide elementary and secondary grant programs under the support of curriculum and instruction. The District Grant Writer is available for technical assistance and guidance for departmental and campus-based initiatives and will gladly facilitate the organization of site-based grant teams to develop and write high-quality, successful grant proposals by providing district-wide staff development, school team staff development, and hands-on writing and technical assistance.
