The first step is to have a specific idea or project that needs to be funded. Notify your principal/supervisor of the grant you are planning to apply. Submit your Notice of Intent (NOI) to apply at the Grant Office once you are ready to write your proposal. Contact the Grant Office for technical assistance. Once you have submitted your application, keep a copy on file. If your grant was awarded, send a copy for the grant application and award letter to the Grant Office. The Grant Office will contact the business office and the campus principals to work out any financial responsibilities.
