Who is the Principal of Lee H. Means Elementary?

Elizabeth A. Maldonado
  Mrs. Elizabeth A. Maldonado and her family moved to Harlingen, Texas in June 1980.  She began working for Harlingen CISD in 1990 at Zavala Elementary.  Zavala was her home for ten years where she enjoyed serving as a third grade teacher, HOSTS coordinator, and PEAKS coordinator.  During the summer of 2003, Dishman Elementary became her new home where she serves as its assistant principal.  Now, Mrs. Maldonado has the privilege of serving as the new principal at Lee H. Means Elementary.  Mrs. Maldonado and her husband of 32 years, Cesar, have three children Laura Rocha (Jason Rocha), Marcus Maldonado and Kristin Maldonado.  She was recently blessed with her first granddaughter in April.

Ginger J. Armstrong
  Mrs. Ginger J. Armstrong has been a Harlingen resident since 1999.  She began working for Harlingen CISD at Long Elementary in 2001, teaching pre-kindergarten for two years and kindergarten for four years.  She then served as the Instructional Facilitator at Long Elementary for one year.  Mrs. Armstrong and her husband Kris have two sons, Robert and Justin.

Who will attend Lee Means Elementary?

How do I register my child to attend Lee Means Elementary?
Students currently enrolled at Bonham or Long Elementary will not have to register. New students to the district will need to register with Lee H. Means office currently located at Bonham Elementary.

What school supplies will my child need?
Our Means Elementary students should buy their school supplies for next year by following the recently current 2008-2009 supply lists for either Bonham or Long Elementary.  If your children are currently enrolled at Bonham, please follow their supply lists. If your children are at Long, please follow their supply lists.
