designed to assist citizens in managing their
money.  This series is in collaboration with Texas
State Bank, First Community Bank and the
Harlingen Consolidated Independent School
District. 

    Topics such as budgets, credit and credit
cards, banking and banking services, planning
for your first home, and retirement and college
financing are all discussed.
