| The Harlingen CISD's Textbook Department is responsible for the ordering, distribution and recordkeeping of student and teacher educational materials including both State and District owned materials.
The Textbook Department coordinates material selection and recordkeeping of State owned materials through the Texas Education Agency's Textbook Division. The Records Management Office is responsible for the mangement of District records including cataloging and destruction in accordance with State retention schedules and procedures.
