GOAL:

To implement technology and the Internet into the campus/district/library using the knowledge and skills gained in the TIF Tech Training.

SUPPORT:

*Have an on-Campus Technology Committee which includes one teacher per 
  grade level
*Substain on-campus Technologist duties
*Every (9) weeks have scheduled sharing sessions of how teachers are using 
  technology in the classroom on-campus
*Create visual booklets/manuels for all teachers on-campus

INSTRUCTIONAL INITIATIVES:

*Plan and align technology curriculum so that it is sequential and complete with 
 TEKS and TAAS objectives
*Communicate necessary information via workshops, inservices, web sites, and 
  email notification for all staff

SUSTAINABILITY:

*Make technology plan part of the Campus Improvement Plan
*Implement TIF goals to be part of technology sections
*Set goals for each grade level
*Computer Lab Facilitators and Technologist will be available at scheduled times

EVALUATION AND PERIODIC REVIEW:

*Lab logs will be placed in computer labs and individual classrooms for 
  instructional staff to record student and faculty usage
*Administrative staff will make sure to support all teachers 
*Observation of techonology use on-campus; e.g.. grade books, progress reports, 
  guided instruction and attendance reports
*Compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
*Train staff and faculty new to the campus
*Continuos training for all staff members and administration

FUTURE POSSIBILITIES:

*Web pages created for parents and students information which will include daily 
  assignments, current and on-going activities
*Database for homework help links
*Upgrade software and hardware
